These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of thekeysmaker.com and to locksmith services provided by The Keys Maker LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting a service request form, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
## Services
We provide residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services in Duval, Clay, and St. Johns counties, Florida. Services are provided by appointment, subject to technician availability. Submitting a request form or calling does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it with you.
## Estimates and Pricing
Pricing depends on the type of service, parts required, location, and time of service. We provide an estimate before starting work. The final price may change if the scope of work changes on site, and we will tell you before proceeding with any change. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
## Proof of Ownership or Authorization
For your protection and ours, we may require proof of identity and proof that you own or are authorized to access the property or vehicle before performing lockout, rekey, or key-cutting services. We may decline service if authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
## Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please call us as early as possible at (904) 827-7496.
## Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and to submit accurate information in our forms. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.
## Limitation of Liability
